Our expert family nurse practitioner, Cassandra Calloway, MSN, FNP-C, BSN, RN, provides superior primary care, including mental health care, to patients 12 and older in a compassionate environment.

At Calloway Primary Care & Wellness LLC, Cassandra offers same-day sick visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Our practice helps patients manage diabetes, hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), hypertension (high blood pressure), heart disease, thyroid disease, obesity, and other common health concerns.

We offer comprehensive wellness services, including intravenous (IV) hydration and wellness exams, including Pap tests and pelvic exams for women and prostate cancer screenings for men. Calloway Primary Care & Wellness LLC also provides pain management that restores quality of life and hope in patients living with ongoing discomfort.

Cassandra can also ease symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), attention-deficit disorder (ADD), insomnia, anxiety, depression, and numerous other mental health concerns.

Cassandra tailors treatment plans based on individualized needs, medical histories, lifestyles, and goals to ensure lasting physical and mental health outcomes and an exceptional quality of life.
