Welcome to Calloway Primary Care & Wellness LLC, a premier primary care practice in Indian Land, South Carolina. Our expert family nurse practitioner, Cassandra Calloway, MSN, FNP-C, BSN, RN, provides superior primary care, including mental health care, to patients 12 and older in a compassionate environment.

At Calloway Primary Care & Wellness LLC, Cassandra offers same-day sick visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Our practice helps patients manage diabetes, hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), hypertension (high blood pressure), heart disease, thyroid disease, obesity, and other common health concerns.

We offer comprehensive wellness services, including intravenous (IV) hydration and wellness exams, including Pap tests and pelvic exams for women and prostate cancer screenings for men. Calloway Primary Care & Wellness LLC also provides pain management that restores quality of life and hope in patients living with ongoing discomfort.

Cassandra can also ease symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), attention-deficit disorder (ADD), insomnia, anxiety, depression, and numerous other mental health concerns.

Cassandra tailors treatment plans based on individualized needs, medical histories, lifestyles, and goals to ensure lasting physical and mental health outcomes and an exceptional quality of life.

I’ve been seeing Cassie for many years now and I cannot recommend her enough. She knows what to look for, she treats people with compassion and will take as long as she needs, or you need to figure out the problem. She’s never rushed and always greets you with a smile. I received iv therapy today at Cassie office a i can you of you need iv therapy this is the place to come to .relaxing environment. The instructions she gave on how the iv work and the benefits of it were spot on. I'll be coming back every month for this therapy.Cassie has helped me and and my family for years .Will not go any were else.always positive and caring,and genuinely cares for all her patients. Cassie Calloway is a class act. She’s been mine as well as my daughters health care provider for about 5 years now. We see her for everything including sick visits, wellness checks, annual gynecological visits, mental health. When I say I trust Cassie with our lives I genuinely do. She listens to her patients, I never feel rushed, I know she takes in account my feelings and concerns when choosing the best course of treatment. There are times I have had to wait past my appointment time and it NEVER bothers me because I know she is giving the same level of care to the person before me. When I have needed referrals for specialists she has given me guidance and made sure I’m seen in a timely manner. Having a primary care that you like is essential to good health and Cassie is the best. There aren’t enough stars ⭐️ to recommend her…
